Nice discovery, a culinary space where you can have lunch , dinner or even take a cooking class , fresh produce with a changing menu , space is cozy and familiar just like the service , they care that you enjoy the experience, excellent food and excellent service, will definitely be back

Un local que ha conseguido que nos sintamos como en una taberna de otros tiempos. Cuando todo era más familiar. Los hermanos Morales, Rafa y Mónica, hacen un tándem increíble en cocina y sala. Hemos estado varias veces, pero su comida tradicional con toques increíbles de modernidad, y su servicio sensacional sin duda hacen qué volvamos. No os lo podéis perder, senZillamente recomendable 100%

Bueno, un bar "sencillo"...eso es tal cual, en plan tapeo y arroces, con Menú a elegir que al ser muchos te ponen platos a compartir para tres que en realidad debían ser para dos. A destacar su oferta, bastante amplia, de vermut con su carrito para que elijas el que mas te apetezca. El espacio es luminoso y muy bien aprovechado alrededor de la cocina. Los precios están bien, las cantidades así así, la calidad no está mal. Tapete de papel. El agua (servida en Jarra) con su tarjeta-colgante "identificativo de lo que te ponen" queda bien, pero molesta al servir. De entrada te ponen unos cacahuitos con la bebida y al final un detalle de mistela que siempre se agradece, ya que no deja de ser un extra que te ofrecen. A destacar los aguacates rellenos y las Patatas, me parecieron muy logrados. En general, para mi, ni fu ni fa.

Un sitio de los que te encuentras como en casa, el local súper limpio y agradable, Monica en sala y Rafa en los fogones hacen un tándem perfecto, y el producto de 10. Un placer volver siempre.

No pongo más estrellas ya que es imposible, buena selección de vinos y una cocina de apariencia sencilla pero con mucha elaboración y gusto detrás. Sencillo es una gastronomía de guiso y producto como pocos hay en Valencia. Mi enhorabuena y llevaré a todos mis conocidos. Un saludo familia.
